House-Fax.net is a service designed to provide transparency to the home buyer. Too often, buyers spend hundreds or thousands of dollars on general inspections and specialist inspections, when a recent comprehensive report was alredy completed. To save time, money and the hassel of going into contract based on out-of-date, incomplete and often times unlawful seller's disclosures, we created this site to provide an option to home buyers that will allow them to review available inspection reports for the propoerty before they decide to make an offer. In addition, we provide an avenue to re-coup some of the costs of inspections through our inspection report buy-back program.
